How we ship, when you can return, and how your details are handled.
Shipping & delivery
Every vagha is checked by hand and dispatched within the time shown on its product page, usually 24 hours for in-stock pieces. Delivery estimates by region:
- Metro cities, 2–4 working days
- Rest of India, 4–7 working days
- North East & J&K, 7–10 working days
Delivery is free above the threshold shown in the site header. Cash on delivery is available on most orders for a small fee, shown before you place the order.
Returns & exchange
If a vagha arrives damaged, or the size is wrong despite following our size chart, tell us within 7 days of delivery, a WhatsApp photo is enough. We arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Made-to-order and customised pieces can be exchanged for a size correction but not returned for change of mind.
Cancellation & refunds
An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Booking advances are refundable until stitching begins.
Privacy policy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, phone, delivery address and, optionally, an email address. We use it to fulfil your order and, only if you opt in, to send order updates on WhatsApp. We never sell or share your details with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
Terms of service
Prices include GST. Colours are photographed honestly but can vary slightly with your screen. By ordering you agree to these policies; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
